The Community Car Scheme helps people who are unable to access public transport in Northallerton, Bedale and surrounding villages. Community Car Scheme users may have mobility difficulties, a disability or live in a remote, rural area.
The Community Care system can be daunting and difficult for some older people to navigate at times, which is why our trained Officers are here to provide information, advice and guidance to ensure that older people get the support they require.
