Barrow Buddies
Organisations can refer to this service via MARS

The scheme matches sighted guide volunteers with vision impaired people who will meet at their home and go for short walks, for example to a shop, medical centre or a coffee shop, with a view to the client eventually making the journey alone after their confidence has increased.
Barrow Buddies will also be hosting regular walking groups in Barrow and the surrounding areas to help improve fitness and mental wellbeing.
