Vision Support Barrow & District
Westmorland and Furness
For over 100 years Vision Support Barrow & District (formerly Barrow Blind Society) has supported people with vision impairments to live independently and live well. We do this by providing services and practical support across South West Cumbria.
Currently we support over 900 people at our Centre, Ostley House and at home. We are keen to reach more people who could benefit from speaking to us – why not give us a call.
We operate across two sites and in the community, this includes our Vision Support Centre and Ostley House, Residential Home where we provide high-quality care and accommodation to residents with vision impairments and/or dementia. Both of our sites are in Barrow-in-Furness, however, we do travel around South West Cumbria and are happy to come to you.
