Whether you're using a specialist piece of assistive technology or looking to make your smartphone more accessible. Our Technology Advisor can help you make the most of all the latest advances in technology. We also recommend and demo various assistive apps for smartphones.
We have the latest pieces of assistive technology, including products from OrCam, Vision Aid, and Optelec UK, for people to demo at our Vision Support Centre so they know it's right for them before buying.
Our new technology drop-in is held on the last Thursday of each month and provides a great opportunity for vision impaired people to come together to discuss and learn more about assistive technology.
