What is our independence support service?
We provide practical and emotional support in a way that is tailored to the needs of anyone who is coming to terms a new chapter in life, for example:

living with dementia
losing a loved one
coping with ill-health
We work with family carers and people to explore plans and options that will help you or someone you care for to continue to live an enjoyable life for as long as possible.

We can answer your questions, give information and advice, and put you in touch with other services.

This is a confidential service which aims to maintain independence, dignity and promote quality of life.
