Chairobics

Chairobics is our gentle breathing and moving group which takes place every Friday from 10am to 10.30am.

This group is a social group for adults living with sight loss, to come along meet new people and take part in games and activities.

Craft Group

What is it?
The Craft Group is a monthly group where a varied programme of craft activities take place. On occasion there will be guest speakers invited along to provide specialist information and knowledge.

Friends on the Phone

What is it?

Friends on the Phone is a weekly phone befriending service, where you are carefully matched to one of our lovely volunteers. They will then give you a ring each week at a regular time to have a chat and a catch up.

Games Group

The games group is a weekly group where adults are welcome to come along and play games, socialise and have some fun. Games include things such as Indoor Bowls and Kurling or large print Scrabble and Super Big Boggle.

Guide Dogs Group

A monthly meeting where Guide Dog owners (past, present and future) can get together, share experiences and support each other.

Knit and Natter

This group provides a warm and welcoming space for visually impaired individuals who share a passion for knitting and enjoy engaging in friendly chatter.

Technology Group

What is it?
The Technology Group is a monthly group for blind or partially sighted adults to come along to and discuss latest developments in technology, receive support around any form of technology from talking clocks to advanced software and to share

Zoomer Group

Zoomers is an online group for adults living with sight loss.
