Moving On from Domestic Abuse (MODA), a six-week group running in Glusburn
• Understand abusive relationships.
• Understand the beliefs held by abusive people.
• Look at the warning signs of an abusive relationship and safety in dating.
• Improve self-esteem and confidence.
IDAS is the largest specialist charity in the North supporting people affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence.
