Cumbria Cerebral Palsy is a well-established local Charity dedicated to improving the lives of Cumbrian adults and children with Cerebral Palsy and associated disabilities – we provide great support, care and opportunites for people in Cumbria!
We have a friendly team of Family Support Workers who travel around the county, meeting clients and their families and offering practical help and emotional support.

Our Resource Centre at Lister House in Carlisle provides Day Services for adults with disabilities. We offer highly-skilled, person-centred care for people with complex needs, in a warm, sociable environment with a programme of fun, interesting activities.

We also have Community Family and Adult advisors and charity shops.

We use education to raise awareness and change perceptions, speaking to schools, community groups and colleges about disability and the need for changing attitudes in society and raising the awareness of Cerebral Palsy.
