We offer swim and gym activities for a wide range of abilities and ages 0 to 90. Our pool sessions range from family friendly leisure and fun inflatable to more structured lane swimming, and swimming lessons for all abilities. The Calm and Inclusive sessions accommodate disabled swimmers and anyone who prefers a more gentle experience. The fitSpace gym area classes includes bike spinning, Legs Bums and Tums, and partner instructors who run their own classes. Toddler soft play toys allow kids to explore and experiment in a safe space. Follow all this with a tasy hoemade cake and coffee in the café.
