Description
We run two groups each week at our Upfront hub. One is Wednesday evening 6:30 - 8.30pm; the other is Thursday morning 10:30 - 1:00pm. We offer a safe space for women of all ages and backgrounds to connect. Some weeks we will have activities and guest speakers, but we always offer friendship and support to those that need it.
