Skipton Community Fridge
Please ensure referrals to this service are GDPR compliant. Do not send personal details via insecure methods, such as email.
The community fridge distributes food that would have gone to waste from local suppliers and offers people access to free fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, dairy product and other perishable goods.
The fridge is open to families with dependent children - no need for a referral, but you will need to register through the website. We aim to provide a welcoming safe space where local people can access fresh food and advice to improve their independence and healthy growth.
The team of volunteers share the same values of kindness and understanding, and use a caring and sharing approach which reaches out to everyone in the community.
The fridge is currently open on Wednesdays 11.30 till 1pm.
