Description
As an Alternative Office for the Department for Work and Pensions, our trained Officers are able to identify potential eligibility for a wide range of welfare benefits, provide advice regarding various scenarios and practically assist throughout the necessary application processes to ensure older people receive the financial support they are entitled to.
Our Officers take the stress and worry away from the process and conduct Home Visits to ensure every older person in South Lakeland has access to this service.
