About us
A service put in place across all health organisations in North Cumbria to better support people in the county suffering from long-term symptoms and conditions.
What we do
Working across North Cumbria with patients and professionals to increase understanding and confidence in managing long-term physical symptoms. Provides support to patients from a multi-disciplinary team including Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Living Well Coaches.
