About us
Tamworth Homeless Partnership is a collaborative initiative led by The Manna House, Heart of Tamworth, and St Editha's Church. Together, we provide vital support to individuals facing street homelessness and insecure housing in the Tamworth area, working to offer practical assistance and pathways to stability.
What we do
We offer person-centred support, advice, and advocacy, providing a welcoming, safe, and warm environment. Our services include free hot drinks, food, and showers, as well as access to phones and computers. We also provide financial inclusion services and essential homeless packs, which include tents, sleeping bags, roll mats, pillows, cooking utensils, and food.
