About us
We are a small string orchestra, anything from 9 players to 22 depending on space. We have a professional director, Philippa Mo, and the players are a mix of professional, semi pro and gifted amateurs from Newcastle to Ripon, Redcar to Barnard Castle.
What we do
We play classical music in churches, theatres, concert halls, schools, care homes and unexpected places. We play imaginative approachable programmes to a very high standard.
