Successfully administered by the Lake District Housing Association for over forty years, Calgarth is run on a not-for-profit charitable basis.

Calgarth Park was established with the intention of providing housing and associated amenities for elderly persons, rather than for financial gain.

Calgarth Park provides rented accommodation for people over 55 and is set in open countryside near Windermere in the heart of the English Lake District. Calgarth offers an independent lifestyle, beautiful surroundings and a friendly, supportive environment.

The accommodation comprises one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments, all of which have a fully-fitted kitchen and shower or bathroom. The communal rooms and many of the apartments have stunning Lakeland views.
