We support physical and mental wellbeing through movement and music-based classes including yoga, dance and drum-fitness as well as yoga for anxiety courses, relaxation therapy and counselling. All held at our city centre premises which are a haven of friendliness, peace and calm or at community locations.
We offer trauma-informed classes that are carefully designed to be inclusive, accessible and empowering.
We work collaboratively with a wide range of community and statutory organisations to design and deliver programmes that meet community needs.
Yoga for all including Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga for Health, Energetic Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for people with deafness.
Groove - dance classes with a difference, no complicated choreography, no left or right. Just great tunes and simple instructions to help participants to move in a way that's right for their body while having great fun.
Drum-Exercise Class - a music based fitness class, drumming either on the floor or onto exercise balls standing or in a chair. Improves mood, sense of connection, coordination, balance and overall fitness.
