What is it?
It is a 5km run or walk - it's you against the clock.
When is it?
Every Saturday at 9:00am.
Where is it?
The event takes place in Aireville Park, Gargrave Road, Skipton, BD23 1UQ. See website for more details.
What does it cost to join in?
Nothing - it's free! but please register at www.parkrun.org.uk before your first time. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode. If you forget it, you won't get a time.
How fast do I have to be?
We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!

Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee in The Coffee Lounge which is located on the left hand side as you enter Craven Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre, less than 100 meters from the parkrun finish - please come and join us!
