GAP Wellbeing Hub
Westmorland and Furness
Grange and Peninsular (GAP) Wellbeing Hub is a group of local residents who meet monthly to make a difference in our community of Grange over Sands and its outlying areas. It brings people together to share their knowledge, learn from each other, help each other and take collective action to improve community life and help each other stay well and connected.
We encourage and support individuals, community groups and organisations to work together for the improved health and wellbeing of the community.
The wellbeing group are currently looking into Mental Health Issues, Youth Activity Provision and Isolation and Loneliness following our survey in 2018.
We are also hoping to look at transport issues in 2020.
Representing local groups, businesses and organisations - you are welcome to come and find out more and join us at our monthly meeting

We also hold a weekly drop-in on a Monday afternoon, so that anyone can pop in and find out what we are up to, have a chat, express their concerns and/or suggest where there are gaps in the community.
