Citizens Advice Copeland is an independent charity which provides free, confidential, impartial, independent information and advice to people who live and work in the borough of Copeland about their rights and responsibilities.
We offer advice over the telephone, at drop-in advice sessions, online and by appointment. We have offices in Whitehaven and Millom and advice at outreach locations in Cleator Moor and Distington.
Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.
We're an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.
People come to us with all sorts of issues, You may have money, benefit, housing or employment problems. You may be facing a crisis, or just considering your options.
