Always Another Way (AAW) Improving Mental well-being in West Cumbria - Support for age 11+ young people, through to Adults, from a dedicated team of coping strategies support workers.
What we do
Our services include
1:1 support in school, homes and out and about
“Connect”- Adult social group work Whitehaven and Workington (Also evening in Workington)
Alternative therapies; Laughter Workshops, Aromatherapy, deep tissue massage and reflexology
“Colour Coded” LGBTQ+ group for 11-15 and 16-25
Mental Health Awareness courses for community groups.
Counselling for parents/carers with children under 18.
Adult group for the LGBTQ+ community
Walking Football
