Age UK South Lakeland are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to assist with the smooth running of our Finance department in our Kendal based office. Working knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software is desirable.

The successful applicant will be working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure purchase invoice records are kept up to date and accurate for reporting deadlines.
Liaising with suppliers where required, resolving discrepancies, and processing remittances.
Working with all departments to ensure all expenditure is authorised in accordance with procedure.
Keeping customer and supplier information up to date in Sage.
This job description is not exhaustive, and the post will include other bookkeeping duties.
The position is Part time, up to 28 hours per week (days to be agreed with successful applicant)
£22,604 to £24,078 per annum pro rata.
25 days p.a. plus Public Holidays (pro rata)
A health benefit scheme and pension scheme is available for staff after completing a probationary period of six months.
