Job Description
Conduct assessments and provide technical equipment advice while maintaining professionalism and understanding risk management, safeguarding issues, and legislation.
Proactively guide users to appropriate resources and manage stock control.
Coordinate service user appointments with installation and repair services, conduct follow-up reviews, and reassess needs as required.
Offer technical advice, stay updated with industry developments, attend relevant events, and adhere to organisational policies while promoting the BID mission statement and core values.
The post is permanent for 15 hours a week. Salary £22,741 pro rata p.a. Flexible hours, hybrid working.
