Beginner's Strength and Stability is specifically designed to prevent falls, improve your balance, strengthen core muscles, promote general well-being, meet new people and increase your confidence.
We kindly ask for minimum donation of £3 a session. Your donation support the services provided by Age UK South Cumbria. Thank you! Due to some groups running at full capacity we cannot accept walk in's.
