The Closing the Gap event is being hosted by Skipton Step into Action on behalf of Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership.
Monday 27th January at Greatwood Community Centre in Skipton 12.30-3pm Places must be booked in advance due to limited space.
It is aimed at residents of Craven, to hear from people within the community about how they want Health and Social Care services to be delivered over the next 10 years.
