Fun, seated line dance class

This activity is ideal for older people, those with poor mobility or poor balance and dementia who are still wanting exercise whilst having fun! All moves are performed from the comfort of your chair and involve moderated line dance steps moving your feet and arms to music. Its great for keeping the brain active and for your social wellbeing.

There is a small charge of £3.00 per class to cover costs.
